Emotions - Intolerance & Acceptance

Looking through my character defects, I noticed judgment coming up from a deep place. Working with my sponsor has helped me to keep looking for the solution. When intolerance shows its ugly head, I know now that "acceptance is the answer to all my problems today." (BBAA, pg. 418)
